I’m Natalia Liashko.
Most people see teaching as strictly bound to a coursebook,
and language learning as endless grammar practice.
I build a different approach, where English becomes a living tool,
and every lesson is a space for discovery.
As a CELTA trainer and international speaking examiner, I know exactly how Cambridge standards work. But as a practicing teacher, I know something else:
The best results happen when students gain learner agency, and teachers gain confidence.
My superpower lies in the fact that all my knowledge comes from real practice, not abstract lectures:
- 20+ years of daily teaching and classroom practice;
- 10+ years of speaking at national and international conferences;
- Hands-on challenges I experience side by side with teachers and learners here and now in our lessons, shared projects, and the ENBI Agency community.
Over the years, I’ve done lots of lesson observations, international certifications, and training programs, giving me an insider's view of how the system works.
